Winter bass fishing?

Just wanting to get everyones take on what types of lures and how you like to fish them for late fall and winter bass fishing.

i throw jigs in the winter. fish them slow. sometimes i can catch them on a crankbait if it dont get to cold.  carolina rig works. but dont like to fish thay way to much.

 i am also a jig guy.. winter its a jig for me...3/8 to 3/4 ounce football jigs with a pork trailer... fished real slow.. or the heavy jigs i use a short hop for the bite...

It really depends on the water and lake I am fishing.  Clearer lakes below 50 degrees i usually throw a 3/16 jig in watermelon or black that I make with a small trailer. On the right day I will throw a jerkbait. Lakes with milfoil or hydrilla I will throw a lipless bait, hang it in the grass and rip it out.  Guntersville and Chickamuaga are really well known for this technique.  I have a 9.2 on Guntersville 48 degree water on a lipless crank in about 4ft of water.  That day I had 30lbs for best 5. The next day I had about 26 and tournament day I had 20lbs. you wont get many bites but man they will be good ones.
