Ever look at your reel from last season or last month and forget what the line weight is on that reel??? Or have spectra that is a year old and can;t remeber what size it is?? Well One Cool Tuna has a label with standard line weights printed on them that will stay on the reel and won't fade or peel of once wet or exposed to the weather. These labels are a silver and are printed with a durable printing process that last, but they can be removed when you change the line.

Check them out at www.onecooltuna.com - under the tackle section.

i've used wire marker numbers from T&B or Brady with good results. a pocket booklet will mark every reel you will ever own for less that a penny apiece

Do you have more details? My system is quick and easy, no note book required. You just look at your reel or rod and see what line you have spooled up. Cost is about .10 per label.

Would like more info on your system.

the wire numbers are printed on cloth tape that is about an inch long and a quarter inch wide. they wrap around a rod or reel handle or can be cut into single numbers and stuck on anywhere. there's also blank write on ones. books can be had with almost any combination of numbers or letters. any electrical supply house will have them.
